Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect only what you type into it: your name, your mobile number, which service you are asking about, and an optional message. Nothing else about you is collected through this website.

Our server briefly notes the IP address a submission came from, so that the form can be rate-limited against automated abuse. It is held in memory, is not stored in any database, and is discarded when the server restarts. We do not use it to identify or track you.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information through this website — no passwords, no payment or bank details, no Aadhaar or PAN numbers, no health information. Documents for training, testing or a loan file are handed over in person at the counter, never through this site.

How we use your information

We use your enquiry for one purpose: to call you back about the service you asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

How your information is stored and shared

Your enquiry goes from this website to our own server, which forwards it to a Google Apps Script that records it in a spreadsheet we control, and notifies us so we can follow up.

That means your enquiry is handled by Google and by our website host, Vercel, acting on our behalf, and those providers may hold the data on servers outside India. We share your details with no one else — not with other lenders, not with agents, not with any RTO intermediary.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. There is no third-party code on these pages at all.

The one thing stored in your browser is your language choice — English, हिन्दी or मराठी — kept in local storage on your own device so the site opens in the language you last picked. It never leaves your browser and we cannot read it.

Links to other services

This site links out to WhatsApp and to Google Maps. If you use either, you leave this website and deal with Meta or Google directly, under their own privacy policies. We receive a WhatsApp message from you only if you choose to send one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Records connected to a completed loan, a cylinder test certificate or an RTO file are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call either number below and tell us. There is no form to fill in.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. There is no separate notification.
